Suprise, surprise.  It would appear that letters have surfaced that prove that Marky Mark KNEW that state revenues where pouring in well-above projections back in 2004, yet he still cried poverty on behalf of the Commonwealth, just so he could ram through his tax increase that only days after it was passed by Democrats and gullible Republicans would prove to be unnecessary.
